So as we all know, this month is breast cancer awareness month. Prettycity.com is hosting "Pretty in Pink" for the month of October. What this means is 31 days of $31 beauty treats that includes haircuts, coloring, massages, pedicures, workout sessions, you name it. Pretty in Pink was created to help raise awareness and funds for breast cancer. So girls, if you live in a participating city, I would definitely check it out. These treatments are usually very PRICEY! Now you can get top notch treatment for only $31! When October arrived, I quickly booked a haircut with Jonathan Brietung Salon. Below are my before & after shots. I wanted something different and different is what I got. I love it! :D

I recently bought this cute hair tie from Forever 21 for springtime~ I love it! The flower is made out of metal and there's a bling right in the middle~ <3 I'm so happy my hair is long enough for tying it all the way up now. :D Yahoo~~~~~~ (...please excuse the bare face.....)

I Dyed My Hurrr 01/31/2009

I finally decided to dye my hurr today. I used Loreal Paris Couleur Experte in 6.3 Brioche. I bought the hair dye a while ago, but never got to it. I always had an excuse cause this dye required two steps. First step is the base color and second are the highlights. That means washing hair TWICE. Ugh. (Can you tell I'm lazy?) Anyway, I left the highlights on only for half of the time suggested, because I wanted it to be very subtle and "natural" looking. More like different tones and shine than highlights (which I really hate). Here's the outcome~ It's been a while since I have dyed my hurr. I really like it and hope my students won't make a big deal about it at school on Monday. :)

(please excuse my messy makeup and goofy face)
